Ross Saggio was born October 28, 1969 in Ridgewood,
New Jersey. Growing up in the North East,
He was exposed to classic rock on a daily
basis. Some of his early influences include
Rush, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, etc. In
the 80’s, during high school, he picked up
his first bass. After spending 4 years in
Boston and then 3 years in Japan, Ross
landed in Los Angeles. In all this time,
he spent time studying and playing music
alone and with various bands and individuals.
Then in 2002, he placed an ad online looking
for local musicians. When Brandon contacted
him, Surface Crew was born.
